 One bedroom unit Each unit offers approximately 800 square feet of living area. The living/dining room has an airy feel with an 8' sliding glass door that opens on to a full apartment width balcony overlooking our park-like grounds. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet, and an additional 5' hall closet. The bedroom also opens on to the balcony through a 6' slider. The kitchen is fully equipped with disposal, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator, and ample cabinet storage with a pass-thru to the dining area. Each apartment has beautiful parquet hardwood floors throughout, and a nicely tiled bathroom. A first floor storage unit is available with each apartment, and one assigned parking spot in our covered parking area.
